Rheum hybride Ace of Hearts
An unusual ornamental rhubarb, the giant leaves’ glossy dark green upper surface is complemented by the purple red blush underside. Once established, in early summer, comes an extravagant show of tiny, star-shaped, pink flowers produced on 5-foot stems. For dramatic contrast, position this rare, otherworldly cultivar alongside yellow and chartreuse foliage.

This perennial is a vegetable but can also in the ornamental Garden because of its graceful leaves.Rheum ' Holsteiner Blut ' produces long stems of 50/70 cm high. The stems are red and green veined. Rheum rhabarbarum Victoria
Preferred for its deep red stalks. The roots of Rhubarb are so thick that, to divide them, you will need to cut them with a spade. Once established, plants produce for years with little care. Only stalks are edible, so discard poisonous leaf blade. Green pretty thick stems with a high yield.
